Packages are designed for ethnic groups requiring menus that we cannot authentically
prepare such as Middle Eastern, Indian and African. In these cases we
do permit outside authentic caterers to provide only the consumables that are of
an authentic nature. Any dish required by the client that we are capable of providing
must be ordered through The Mandalay such as fruit & cheese displays and common beverages
including alcohol service at an additional charge.
Hours in the room are limited to five at no charge, however hours beyond this limit
can be purchased at an additional per hour fee
If you are using an outside catering company, the equipment and services fee for
The Mandalay is $20.00 per person. This fee includes the following;
Use of the The Mandalay’s linens, china, crystal, flatware, etc.
Set-up and tear down
Set-up for and service of food
Cake cutting fee
Staging area for band or DJ
Complimentary parking for all guests
The dance floor set-up (up to two separate dance floors)
